Payment
All products ordered online include free packing and postage. However to allow us to offer this service, orders for Pigeon Products must be for £50 (GBP) or over. This does NOT however apply to videos, that is, you may order just one video if you wish.
Payment can be by cheque postal order, or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo). Cheques must be made out in Great Britain Pounds Sterling, and made payable to "Ray Knight"
Cash MUST be sent registered. No responsibility will be accepted for cash sent unregistered.
Overseas Credit card Customers
Your credit card will be billed at the current UK prices in sterling, at the current rate of exchange and converted into your own currency. Fluctuations in exchange rates may mean that the price you pay may be slightly different to the published prices.
Postal Orders. American customers please note that your postal order must not bear the inscription "negotiable only in the U.S. & possession". Send by post.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping is for the UK mainland only, the price for which is included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated. International orders should contact Pigeon Videos for costings.
Any quanttiy of videos are sent postage free of charge

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 7 days unless willing to pay additional shipping costs with DHL or FedEx..
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
All goods found to be faulty due to transit or manufacturing defect, are replaced like for like. Due to the high incidence and ease of copyright theft, videos are not sent on approval, nor are we are able to refund cash payments for goods purchased from us, or exchange a video title for a different title. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
